The DPR Crew has captured my heart by storm. When I first heard "Yellow Cab" by Dabin in 2019, I knew instantly that this music would have a special place in my heart. Every new song from the crew makes me an even bigger fan, not only because of the masterpieces of music videos created by Barom.
The lyrics have so much depth and touch me on so many levels, both mentally and physically (GOOSEBUMPS GALORE). Music has always been my refuge in tough times, but since I started listening to DPR Ian as well, my attitude towards music has completely changed. Songs like "Ballroom Extravaganza" have touched me so deeply that tears welled up in my eyes upon first listen. The DPR Crew is more than just a group of artists to me - they are my inspiration, my refuge, and my love.
Therefore, I have expressed my love through fan art over the years. I have always tried to capture the songs in the works, the message they give me, and somehow show Ian or MITO. Often, it was even so that as soon as I heard a song for the first time, the ideas just had to come out of me and I just started putting everything that came to mind into a design. This was not always easy because my head sometimes wanted more than I mastered in the programs, which is why I started watching tutorials that presented certain techniques and also books on design or art. The designs should also reflect me as a "Dreamer" and how I perceive the music.
I have learned a lot over the years, and I thank the DPR Crew (even though Dabin is no longer part of it) from the bottom of my heart for what they give us Dreamers. I look forward to everything that is yet to come, and I promise myself to see you live one day.
